Job Description:

• Join a progressive, interdisciplinary team of PM&R & Pain medicine physicians, physical therapists, and psychologists
• Work in a 20-bed Neuro Specialty Rehabilitation Unit at St. George Regional Hospital
• Practice includes .80 FTE inpatient services and .20 FTE outpatient clinic
• Supported by dedicated caregivers including nurses, aides, techs, PT/OT/Speech therapists, social workers, and nurse practitioner
• CARF accredited; Recognized as one of the top 10% units in the country by Uniform Data Systems

Requirements:

• Board certified or board eligible in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
• ACGME fellowship-trained in rehab medicine
• Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license
