    • Will the locum be responsible for supervising other health care providers? Yes
    • Number of exam rooms: Approximately mid 20's beds on unit
    • What percentage of the practice is adult, geriatric, pediatric, OB? 99% adult, adolescent less than 1%
    • Number of patients per day: Mid 20's
    • Facility description of surgical services: 24-hour availability, general, neuro, CT, ortho, vascular, at STF
    • Lab is 24-hours available
    • Anesthesia department is 24-hours available
