Job Description:
- Practice setting: Inpatient-MTS floorwork on unit
- Reason for coverage: Gaps while we recruit outgoing provider and while another provider has LOA
- Dates of coverage: Desired clinical start August 12th for a 3-6 month assignment

- Will other physicians provide coverage during locum's coverage dates? Yes
- How many mid-levels provide coverage? 3
- Office ancillary staff: Full complement
- Will the locum be responsible for supervising other health care providers? Yes
- Number of exam rooms: Approximately mid 20's beds on unit
- What percentage of the practice is adult, geriatric, pediatric, OB? 99% adult, adolescent less than 1%
- Number of patients per day: Mid 20's
- Facility description of surgical services: 24-hour availability, general, neuro, CT, ortho, vascular, at STF
- Lab is 24-hours available
- Anesthesia department is 24-hours available
- Documentation system/EMR: EPIC
- Trauma level/designation: Non-trauma center and non-emergent care inpatient unit
- Provider must be local - only mileage is reimbursed
- Credentialing timeline: 45-60 days
