• MedStar Health is seeking a Neuromuscular Neurologist to join the team at MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center or MedStar Union Memorial Hospital.
• Opportunity to be on faculty at Georgetown University.
• Participate in MedStar wide grand rounds, faculty meetings, and collaboration with other subspecialists.
• Involvement in clinical research and teaching.

• Join Dr. Elliot Dawson and their team of four neurologists
• Call is 1:5, covering both Franklin Square and Harbor Hospitals. Telestroke program implemented to lighten call.

Position Highlights:

• Georgetown University faculty appointment (Associate or Assistant level, dependent on experience)
• High demand for EMGs at MFSMC with large neurosurgical/orthospine services on campus.
• Support for clinical research
• Opportunities to teach medical students and residents
• Telestroke program implemented to lighten call. On average, just 1-2 calls after-hours, which can be taken from home.
