Job Description
- Enhance the professional development and clinical competence of field clinicians through a hybrid role that includes both office-based and field responsibilities.
- Conduct performance assessment and documentation, EMR support to clinical staff.
- Maintain ability to manage a limited caseload to optimize clinical skills and EMR proficiency.
- Demonstrate excellent observation and communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
- Utilize strong OASIS skills (Home Health).
- Exhibit strong computer skills necessary and experience in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Work under pressure and shift priorities as necessary.
- Be flexible and dependable.
- Problem-solve and troubleshoot quickly and effectively.
- Demonstrate strong organizational, decision-making, and time management skills.
- Work in the field through South Shore and be flexible.
- Open to work hybrid which includes both office-based and field responsibilities.

- Mandatory experience in home care.

Additional Information
Full benefits available for positions with 30+ hours. Limited benefits available for positions with 20+ hours. Per diem roles do not offer benefits.
Vaccine requirements: NVNA and Hospice requires full vaccination for Covid-19 and flu as a condition of employment. An exception to this mandatory requirement can be requested.
