    Job Description:

    • No ER call requirement
    • Highly negotiable compensation up to 80% MGMA with income guarantee and RVU bonus
    • Flexible $200K signing bonus options based on provider needs, including student loan repayment, home down payment; can be split part now, part later, or offered in one lump sum
    • Flexible schedule
    • Eligible for $100K retention bonus every 3 years
    • Accrued PTO plus 1-week guaranteed office closure each holiday at 4th of July, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
    • Unrestricted call with General Surgeon working weekends and nights
    • Advanced Practice Provider assistance from 2 NPs
    • EMR: CPSI and GI Works
    • Main hospital campus with a 12,000 square foot building with 8 providers and midlevel support, newly renovated facility with new technology
    • Capability to run two rooms at a 2:1 and 3:1 configuration/Pre-op to Endoscopy
    • Established client base with strong referrals and service line established

    Technology and Facilities:

    • State of the Art New Olympus America technology includes Colonoscopes, plus Pediatric scope, Gastroscopes, Ultrasound Generator, Linear and Radial Endoscopic Ultrasound Scopes, Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography, and UNIFIA Scope Tracking System
    • Plan to expand equipment with 5 additional colonoscopes and 4 gastroscopes to meet current demand
    • Registered with Georgia Rural Health Innovation Center

    Schedule:

    • Scope: Tuesday/Thursday
    • Clinic: Monday, Wednesday
    • Admin Day: Friday

    Requirements:

    • MD or DO Medical Degree
    • Eligible to be state licensed in the United States
    • United States Residency and/or Fellowship training
    • United States Board Eligible or Certified
    • Fellowship Trained
