    Job Description:

    • Hospital employed with a $1M guaranteed base salary plus wRVU bonus plan
    • $150k commencement bonus and $100k retention bonus
    • Call 1 : 3, with paid call that includes trauma coverage shared equally among the group
    • Opportunities for upper extremities, sports surgery, and complex revisions
    • Hand Surgeon on staff
    • Support structure includes a NP, Nurse, and CNA per MD
    • Busy from day one
