Location: Athens, Ohio

Job Description:

• Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine-trained with at least 2 years of EM experience as an NP/PA required
• Family-owned physician group practice focused on hospitalist and emergency department staffing
• EMR: EPIC
• Daily census: 31.6; Nightly admissions average: 5-6
• 24-hour physician coverage
• Physician shifts: (2) 7a-7p, (1) 7p-7a
• APP shifts: 11a-11p
• Number of ICU beds: 12
• Specialty Coverages: Pulmonology Mon-Fri (available evenings and weekends), Surgery, Ortho, Cardiology, Podiatry, Ophthalmology, Interventional Radiology (including paracentesis, thoracentesis, bone marrow, ports) and Picc line nurse
• Anesthesia is training RT for patient intubation; RT available 24 hours

Requirements:

• Not accepting Locums candidates
• Not accepting new graduate candidates; experience required

Compensation and Benefits:

• May be contracted as W2 with benefits or 1099 independent contractor with guaranteed shifts
• 1099: $77/hr
• W2: $70/hr
• W2 positions offer Health/Dental/Vision (with HSA), $250k group life policy, 401k with 3% company contribution, $1500 CME
