Location: Portage, Wisconsin

Job Description:

Scheduled Clinic Hours + Call
Call is 1 weekday a week (24 hours) plus 1 weekend per month from Friday 0700 to Monday 0700
This call involves telephone calls plus in-person nursery coverage
Average 0-1 deliveries per shift, less than 100 annually
Clinic Schedule is 8 am-4:30 pm; flexibility in the number of days per week
Primarily adult patient practice coverage
Internal Medicine with Peds considered
EMR: Epic
Assigned/Unassigned Patients
Patients Per Shift: 18
Facility Beds: 30

Requirements:

Board Certified - Required
Active WI License - Required or IMLC
NRP, BLS - Required
Call Type: Beeper
Call Response Time Required: 30 minutes
