Job Description:

Scheduled Clinic Hours + Call
Call is 1 weekday a week (24 hours) plus 1 weekend per month Friday 0700- Monday 0700
Telephone call plus in-person nursery coverage
Average 0-1 deliveries per shift and less than 100 annually
Clinic Schedule is 8 am-4:30 pm; flexible on the number of days per week
Primarily adult patients; Internal Medicine with Peds considered
EMR: Epic
Assigned/Unassigned Patients
Patients Per Shift: 18
Beds in Facility: 30

Requirements:

Board Certified - Required
Active WI License - Required or IMLC
NRP, BLS - Required
Call Type: Beeper
Call Response Time Required: 30
