Job Description:
- OB/GYN will collaborate with the FM/OB group
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with shared call
- Responsibilities include clinic, OR, and OB call
- Weekend and on-call ratio: 1:4
- Duties encompass inpatient, outpatient, rounds, clinic, and travel to multiple locations/clinics
- Facility's Trauma Level/Designation: Level 4
- Documentation System/EMR: Cerner Inpatient, eClinicalWorks Outpatient
- Provider must be willing to join and support the facility's aim in growing a service line
- Number of patients per day varies by provider
- Providers who can start ASAP are highly preferred
- Not open to 1099 candidates
- Accepting H1B and J1 visa candidates
- Open to Locum and Locum to Perm candidates
- Accepting candidates within 3 years of eligibility
- Not accepting candidates who have lapsed BC and need to obtain again
- Not open to providers who want to commute long distances (more than 1 hour) and/or in conjunction with another job(s)
- Cannot accept providers who have any malpractice cases that are in Probate or that require supervision. Clean malpractice is preferred

Community Overview:
Clinton, Iowa, is a city in eastern Iowa with a current population of 24,469 residents. The land that encompasses the state of Iowa and current day Clinton was part of the 1803 Louisiana Purchase. In September 1832, the U.S. Government purchased about 6 million acres of land in eastern Iowa from the Sac/Fox Indian tribes. At this time, there were an estimated 15,000 Native American Indians living in the state of Iowa.

There is a new storm water system, sewer system, and treatment plant.
