Additional dates needed: 10 days per month in Jan, Feb & March

Setting: Clinic, L&D, Surgery
FTE: 1.0
Duties: Clinic, After Hours Call, Labor and Delivery, Gynecologic surgery, City Call, CNM Back Up
Required Procedures: All standard gynecologic procedures in a clinic and hospital setting
EMR: EPIC
Support Staff: Front Desk and Clinical Support Staff, including ultrasound on-site
Reason for Coverage: Physician Resignation

Requirements:

Board Certified - Highly Preferred
Active NE License - Required or IMLC
BLS, NRP, DEA - Required
