• Coverage Need:
  • November thru November 21st at 7am
  • December 5th at 7 am thru December 6th at 9pm
  • December thru Dec 19th at 7 am
• 24-hour call from 7a to 7a up to 15 days per month
• EMR: MediTech
• Support Staff: Hospital and OR staff
• Active ID License - Required
• ID DEA and CSR - Required
