Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- If required, possess IV therapy/management skills (specific requirements for North Dakota)
- Hold an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or multi-state licensure privileges
- Maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications
