Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Canby, MN

Job Description:

• Provide both home health and hospice care, making a direct and meaningful impact on patients' lives.
• Manage your schedule and work autonomously within a collaborative and dedicated team.
• Serve a 30-mile radius around the Canby community, including homes in South Dakota (dual state licensure required).
• Implement the nursing process, coordinate and continuum of care, patient/resident assessment, education, and various other nursing interventions.

Requirements:

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
• Minimum of one year of professional nursing experience preferred.
• Hold an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Certificate for Outcome and Assessment Information Set (OASIS) Specialist - Clinical (COS-C) preferred.
