    Registered Nurse - Data and Quality Improvement

    Job Description:

    • Be a part of an amazing inpatient rehab department.
    • Integrate nursing background with an interest in data tracking and outcomes.
    • Organize data to drive patient care and quality improvement.
    • Work Monday through Friday day shift schedule with flexible hours.

    Responsibilities:

    • Analyze and synthesize data for clinical decision-making and strategic initiatives.
    • Coordinate educational activities for orientation and ongoing training.
    • Promote optimal patient care through clinical activities and data analysis.
    • Gather and analyze feedback from stakeholders.
    • Analyze risks and benefits of alternative approaches and resolve issues.
    • Plan and schedule workload independently.
    • Build and maintain working relationships within and outside the organization.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in nursing required.
    • Graduate from an accredited nursing program preferred.
    • Minimum of three years’ clinical experience related to specialty (e.g., trauma, oncology, research, critical care).
    • Hold an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.
    • Obtain and maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
