Job Description
The Attending Physician will provide high-quality patient care to a broad spectrum of diagnoses in the outpatient setting. The practice is approximately 50% neurologic and 50% musculoskeletal conditions with a full scope of available onsite services including physical, occupational, and speech therapy. Incorporating spasticity management into the practice is also available.
The practice is located in Northbrook, a northern suburb of Chicago, with excellent potential for growth. It is one of many offsite care locations within the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab system of care. In addition to outpatient care, clinical responsibilities include weekend call at one of our affiliated inpatient units. The Attending Physician will consistently demonstrate support of the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab statement of vision, mission, and core values by striving for excellence, contributing to team efforts, and showing respect and compassion for patients and their families, fellow employees, and all others with whom there is contact at or in the interest of the institute.
As a member of the SRAlab Medical Staff, the attending physician will have access to all financial and educational resources of the organization.
Requirements
- Licensed to practice medicine in the State of Illinois.
- Successful completion of a residency program in physical medicine and rehabilitation and is board certified or board eligible.
- Faculty appointment at Northwestern University Medical School.
- Excellent communication and interdisciplinary skills required, including proven ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, referring parties, SRAlab, and other internal and external stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits
Pay Range: $250,000.00 annually - $350,000.00 annually
