Join our successful, physician-owned multi-specialty medical practice located in Lewiston, ID. This full-time position offers a collegial, respectful, and friendly provider and staff environment, with rotating shift work (13 shifts/month).

Job Description

• Work as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in a physician-owned multi-specialty medical practice with 3 locations.
• Provide care in a group that offers an array of ancillary services including full-service laboratory and radiology departments with onsite X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, mammography, and DEXA services.
• Collaborate with a variety of providers and specialties for referral purposes, including Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Behavioral Health, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, OB/GYN, and Podiatry.
• Engage in operational initiatives aimed at healthcare innovation, including a patient tablet, online check-in, and a patient portal.

Requirements

• Must have graduated from an accredited nurse practitioner or physician assistant program.
• Experience working as an advanced practice provider in an urgent care or emergency care setting.
• Experience with injury management including, but not limited to, laceration repair, orthopedics, and concussions.

Compensation

• Annual base wage of $105K-$130K, with quarterly quality metrics bonuses of up to 25% of base wage.
