Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

Join our team in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where we are expanding our in-house Neonatal Nurse Practitioner model for our Level 3 NICU. This facility is licensed for 53 beds, with a daily census ranging from 15 to 25.

Job Description

• Full-time or part-time permanent positions available (no locums)
• Some prior NICU experience is required
• The group cares for all gestational ages, but does not perform surgery or ECMO
• All ventilatory modes are represented, and the facility has nitric oxide
• Providers are called to high-risk deliveries but not necessarily every c-section
• Seven 24-hour shifts will be considered full-time, with the ability to do extra or bundle shifts
• Opportunity to work extra shifts in the newborn nursery or NICU for additional pay

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range for full-time: $110,000 - $135,000, based on experience
• Part-time compensation: $60 - $75 per hour
• Full-time incentives: both sign-on and relocation bonuses
