Join our team in Elmira, NY, located just 2 hours from Rochester and 230 miles from New York City. This full-time, permanent position seeks an enthusiastic, patient-centered, and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary care services in our regional clinics.

Job Description

• Provide treatment for patients with acute, episodic, or chronic medical conditions, including assessment, diagnosis, and development of treatment plans.
• Implement and evaluate treatment plans.
• Engage in health education and promotion, patient advocacy, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Enjoy a balanced personal and professional lifestyle with a reasonable schedule.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an approved master's level program with national certification.
• Current New York State professional license.
