Job Description

• Full-time position
• Hours: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of medicine/osteopathy with a degree of Doctor of Medicine/Osteopathy
• Possession of an unencumbered license to practice medicine in the State of Hawai'i
• Current registration with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and a current State Controlled Substance license from the State of Hawai'i Department of Public Safety's Narcotics Enforcement Division (NED)
• Two (2) years of professional experience as a practicing physician
