MD - School Based Health Center

East Valley Community Health Center is currently recruiting for an MD to join their school-based clinic in La Puente. The patient panel will not be limited to students as the clinic treats patients of all ages.

Job Description

• Full-time hours: 4-day week (Tuesday - Friday), 36 hours clinical, 4 hours admin
• Average patients seen: 20-23 per day
• Call schedule: None
• Loan repayment available
• Sign-on bonus: $15,000

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation: $240,000 - $283,414
• $5,000 of the advertised sign-on bonus is paid at start, next $5,000 after 6 months of employment, and the remaining $5,000 after 1 year of employment

Requirements

• Active license in CA
• DEA certification
• Board certification
• Interest in working at an FQHC
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
• Must relate well to all cultural, ethnic, and socio-economic groups within the East Valley service area
