Position Title

Join our team in San Juan Capistrano as a full-time healthcare provider. This position offers a structured schedule with Monday to Friday hours from 8 am to 5 pm, providing an excellent work-life balance.

Job Description

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered, and values-based medical care, including referral of patients for specialty care as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members for consultation, referrals, and follow-up care.
• Assist mid-level healthcare providers in the assessment and treatment of patients as necessary and provide direct supervision of nursing staff.
• Deliver direct patient care for all ages and genders, including both acute and chronic care.
• Experience in a community health setting is preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish-English) is preferred.

Requirements

• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Average patients seen: 16-18.
• Call schedule: After-hours nurse line; rotate every 5-6 weeks for 1 week.

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation: $240,000 - $280,000 based on experience.
