Job Title: Duly Health and Care Physician

Location: Joliet

Job Description:

• Full-time position with 36 hours required
• Outpatient-only focus with no inpatient responsibilities
• Collaborative team environment with a close-knit team of 2 experienced physicians
• 1:1 medical assistant ratio for efficient patient care
• Onsite central nurse triage to prioritize patient care
• Streamlined workflow with EPIC EMR
• Flexible clinic hours with the potential for a 4-day work week
• Remote call schedule handled among internal physician staff

Compensation:

• Base salary: $250,000-$300,000 annually
• Potential for RVU bonuses
• Fast-track to partnership/shareholder status in two years
• Relocation and sign-on bonuses available
