Job Description

• Average patients seen: 18-24 patients per day
• Call schedule: 1:5 back-up call with rare occasions to come in as the ED is staffed with APPs 24/7

Additional Information

Currently, there are 5 physicians who all do OB; 7 APPs (4 at the clinic). Three physicians perform C-sections, along with a general surgeon. The role includes outpatient, inpatient, and back-up for APPs in the emergency room, with approximately 160 OB deliveries per year. The call is 1:5 back-up call with rare occasions to come in as the ED is staffed with APPs 24/7.
