Job Description:

• Full Time
• Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Weekends and evenings hours as needed
• Employed
• Call Schedule: On call is required on a rotating basis
• Provides professional medical services to complement the delivery of primary health care services at GraceMed Health Clinic
• Provides clinical leadership and supervision of medical providers, medical staff, and medical support staff

Requirements:

• Family Medicine Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathy degree
• Current State of Kansas MD or DO licensure
• Current DEA certificate
• CPR certification (must be obtained within 30 days of employment)
• Maintains appropriate licensure and certification including meeting and/or exceeding CME requirements
• Board Certification in Specialty preferred
• Minimum 5 years of proven leadership experience
• Experience in FQHC or public health clinic preferred
