Job Description:
- Provides both administrative and clinical services. Must be willing to see patients in a clinical setting, 3-4 days per week.
- Determines staffing needs of family medicine practice, which also include physician and support staff.
- Provides supervision of clinical providers.
- Supports the financial oversight for budgets and operations.
Compensation:
- Compensation is based on a salary range of $222k-$344k, which is negotiable, based on experience.
- $25,000 annual bonus earning potential based on quality and productivity performance.
- Negotiable sign-on bonus.
- Potential group incentive bonus based on FHH productivity, paid to our providers for the past 4 years.
