    Job Description:

    • Provides supervision of clinical providers.

    Compensation:

    • Compensation is based on a salary range of $222k-$344k, which is negotiable, based on experience.
    • $25,000 annual bonus earning potential based on quality and productivity performance.
    • Negotiable sign-on bonus.
    • Potential group incentive bonus based on FHH productivity, paid to our providers for the past 4 years.
