Family Medicine Physician

Job Description

• Average patients seen: 14-16 patients per day
• Call schedule: 1 weekend/month and 1 night during the week
• Primary location will be Canby, MN with responsibilities in Clear Lake, SD
• Currently 2 Family Medicine physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers on staff
• Attached to a 25-bed critical access hospital
• Surgery outreach and other subspecialties
• Saturday clinic from 9 AM to 12 PM, on-call provider covers this
• Average of 80 ER visits/month
• Nursing home onsite/connected to the hospital
• Assisted living apartments are also onsite
• The Emergency Department is a Level 4 trauma center
