Join our team in Tracy, MN, where we are dedicated to caring for those in need and making a difference in the lives of those we serve. Our clinic is located inside an 18-bed critical access hospital, providing a supportive environment for both patients and staff.

Job Description

• Manage a patient population with an average of 12-15 patients seen per day
• Call schedule includes 1 24-hour shift per week and 1 weekend per month
