Job Description

• Full-time employment with a focus on quality patient care, without being tied to RVUs (no productivity pressure).
• A competitive base salary of $275k-$350k (based on experience) with an additional $25,000 tied to quality metrics.
• Quality bonuses up to 10% of base salary.
• Flexible scheduling: Partner with interdepartmental teams to collaborate on a schedule that works best for you.
• Specialty services for GYN-only procedures offered in our Hamilton location for those seeking outpatient-only services.
