Job Description

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered, and values-based medical care, referral of patients for specialty care as needed, collaboration with health care team members as appropriate for consultation, referrals, and follow-up care
• Assist mid-level health care providers in the assessment and treatment of patients as necessary and direct supervision of nursing staff
• Direct patient care for all ages and genders, including both acute and chronic care
• Experience in a community health setting preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish-English) preferred

Requirements

• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Average patients seen: 16-18
• Call schedule: After hours nurse line; rotate every 5-6 weeks for 1 week

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation: $240,000 - $280,000 based on experience
