Job Description:

Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Employed position
Average of 18 patients seen per day
Provide oversight of all Community Health Center (CHC) clinical programs
Perform professional work as a physician three of five days (60%) per week providing direct in-person patient care services

Requirements:

Active OR and DEA license
4-5 years of experience in primary care, family practice, or internal medicine
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
