Primary Care NP/PA

Join our team in Washington State as a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. This position offers a great work-life balance with an outpatient 4-day work week in a hospital-employed primary care group of 12 providers.

Job Description

• Average 16-18 patients per day
• Epic EMR with integrated AI virtual scribe

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting salary: $120K-$140K commensurate with experience
• wRVU productivity bonus; verified earning potential $230K+
• Signing bonus: $30K
• Student loan repayment up to $90K
• Relocation: $15K
• PTO: 42 days annually (includes 5 days for CME and 7 paid holidays)
• Health/Dental/Vision: 100% of premiums for employee and 85% for dependents
• Retirement: annual employer contribution of 8.4% of your gross salary (starts after 1-year anniversary)

Requirements

• Degree: Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Certifications: Board Eligible or Board Certified
• Licensure: Must have an active or be able to obtain a Washington State license
• Experience: New grads and experienced candidates equally welcome to apply
