Job Description

• Leadership opportunity: Serve as Medical Director, overseeing cancer services, strategic growth, and guiding APPs with 10% protected administrative time
• Comprehensive support: Practice includes 3 Hematology Oncology providers, 1:1 APP support in a state-of-the-art facility
• Ideal practice setting: 24 infusion chairs, EMR transition to EPIC underway, and access to Vanderbilt multispecialty care and tumor boards
• Collaborative culture: Support from Vanderbilt leadership and engaged hospital administration

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: Up to $730K annual compensation with a 2-year guarantee
• Sign-on bonus: Up to $50K plus relocation support
• Comprehensive benefits: 6 weeks PTO, 1 week CME with $1,500 allowance, 403b with 5% match, malpractice coverage
