Job Description

• Competitive hourly rate of $50/hr
• Sign-on bonus of $20K

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution required
• Must hold a valid, unencumbered Physical Therapy license in Michigan
• Current CPR certification required
