Job Description

• Provides quality nursing care to residents to maintain or attain the highest practical level of functioning
• Administers medications and treatments to residents, including monitoring administration of intravenous fluids and placing orders for medication
• Makes referrals to other departments when appropriate
• Completes employee and resident incident reports and follow-up investigation forms

Requirements

• Valid LPN license
• Proficient in patient care and assessment
