Job Description

• Provide direct patient care, including catheterization, tube feeding, and IV insertion.
• Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs to ensure optimal health outcomes.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams in long-term care and assisted living settings.

Requirements

• Valid LPN license
• Proficient in patient care, assessment, and catheterization
