Job Description

• Oversee daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring high standards of patient care and safety.
• Manage and support nursing staff, providing guidance and supervision to enhance team performance.
• Coordinate patient care activities, including IV insertion and catheterization, while ensuring adherence to protocols.

Requirements

• Current RN License
• Proven management and supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
