    Urgent Care Physician

    Top Medical Center is actively recruiting full-time Urgent Care Physicians to join our clinics in our collaborative network where you will have easy access to system-wide support as you work alongside a highly motivated and skilled Urgent Care team. We provide patient-centered, team-based care to a diverse population of patients. Our Urgent Care teams have produced multiple 'Provider of the Year' award winners within our organization.

    Job Description

    • Clinic hours open 7 days/week
    • General schedule: 12-hour shifts Monday to Friday; weekends 8-hour shifts; every other weekend (2/month)
    • Limited call expectations
    • Average number of patients seen per day: 20-25 average/peak Flu/Cold slightly higher (25-30)
    • Support staff: average 3 PSRs per shift, 5 MAs, 3 Providers
    • Practitioners: at least one physician is staffed with the APPs (ARNP/PAs) per shift

    Requirements

    • BE/BC in Urgent Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
    • Ability to obtain medical professional license in the State of WA and DEA with full prescriptive authority

    Benefits

    • Compensation: $275,000 + incentives
    • CME Stipend: up to $3,000 annually

    • Sick time of 76 hours is allotted every year
    • Vacation is allotted in year one, then accrues
