UNC Urgent Care at West Rockingham has an opening for a Per Diem Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. This provider will be part of an interdisciplinary team and responsible for treating episodic illnesses, minor injuries, and providing occupational health services and exams.

Job Description

• Treat episodic illnesses and minor injuries
• Provide occupational health services and exams

Requirements

• A minimum of at least one year of experience is required
• Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
• NC Licensure or ability to obtain
• Open-minded and flexible to change
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with team members
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
