Join our dynamic team as a Clinical Nursing Supervisor at Ideal, UHS Senior Living at Ideal. This position offers the opportunity to work across all shifts with a commitment of 40 hours per week.

Job Description

• Acts on behalf of the Directors of Nursing, Nurse Managers, and hospital administrators in dealing with nursing and operational issues by facilitating communication and problem-solving.
• Provides guidance, direction, education, and support to nursing employees while observing, assessing, and evaluating the quality of care provided for patients.

Requirements

• Minimum Required:
  • A graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
  • Three (3) years of progressive nursing experience
• Preferred:
  • Bachelor's of Science degree in Nursing
  • Previous supervisory experience in a hospital setting

License/Certification

• Minimum Required:
  • Current New York State Registered Nurse License
  • CPR within 3 months of hire
• Preferred:
  • Professional certification in a related nursing specialty (Nursing Administration)
  • ACLS certification
