(CMI) is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for Absolute Primary Care located in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania.

Job Description:

• Compensation includes a base salary with opportunities for additional incentives.
• Participate in the Preferred Partners Program based on quality metrics and an APP Utilization Program.
• Experience a mix of clinic-based and remote work opportunities to provide virtual visits.
• Resources include social work, behavioral health, nutritionist professionals, diabetic retinal exams, and partnerships with UPMC Health Plan.

Practice Details:

• Large, outpatient-only practice in Cranberry Township, PA.
• Join a team of 9 physicians and 4 APPs, caring for 130 patients per day, from infants to geriatrics.
• Call schedule is rotated and runs from Thursday evening to the following Thursday morning.
• Onsite resources include blood draws, diabetic eye exams, and social worker support.

Requirements:

• Medical Degree
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine Residency Program
• Board Certified in Family Medicine (or board eligible for new graduates)
• Unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License
• DEA certification
