    Job Description:

    • Join as the second full-time physician in a busy ACRO-accredited practice with a strong community history and a robust referral base.
    • The practice has a typical daily treatment volume in the upper 20s with expected growth due to recent Medical Oncology recruitment.
    • Work in a facility that houses both Radiation Oncology and Medical Oncology.
    • The department is equipped with a 23ix LINAC with onboard imaging and plans for a Linac upgrade in 2027 and a new PET/CT simulator in 2025.
    • Supported by a team including 3 therapists, a chief therapist, 1 dosimetrist, 1.7FTE nursing, 1 CRNP, financial counselor, 2 secretaries, and remote Varian physics support.
    • Participate in weekly prospective peer review and monthly educational rounds led by disease site experts.
    • Provide the highest level of care, including offering patients opportunities to participate in a growing clinical trial portfolio.
