Primary Care Physician/Family Practice

Location: Lakewood, Washington

Job Description:

• Join a community-based, independent physician organization
• Provide comprehensive health care services to the residents of Pierce County
• Continue the tradition of high-quality, cost-effective medical care in the South Sound Region

Compensation and Benefits:

• $230k full-time base salary (guaranteed for 1 year) plus production bonuses
• Potential to earn $300k+ yearly with production bonuses

• 3 weeks PTO
• CME fully covered and time is paid
• Licensing fees fully covered

• Potential partnership option

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday (flexible hours, 4 or 5 days)
• 32 patient hours
• Take your own call nightly (small number) and rotate weekend call

Requirements:

• Active Washington medical license or willing to obtain
• BC/BE in Family Medicine
