A healthcare practice on Long Island is currently seeking a licensed Physician, with a strong Internal and/or Family Medicine background, for a promising opportunity with their growing medical team. 

**Job Description**

- Rotating between two sites, the Bilingual Internal / Family Medicine Physician will be responsible for assessing patients of the facilities and providing them with the appropriate care, as needed.
- Schedule: 4 day work week (flexible on days; one Saturday per month)
- Hours: 8 to 10 per day
- Patient Population: Underserved community (50-60% Medicaid HMO)
- Patient Volume: 20 per day

**Requirements**

- M.D., D.O. Board Eligible / Certified
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
