**Primary Care Physician**

Excellent opportunity exists for an experienced Primary Care physician to join Banner Health Centers & Clinics in the rapidly growing Phoenix Metropolitan area. **Job Description**

- Mon-Fri with limited call (shared call: phone call consult only)
- Dedicated admin time
- Medical Assistants, network of specialists, lab/imaging, and clinical support staff provided
- Clinical responsibilities to include an adult patient population, wellness and chronic care disease management, as well as specialized procedures according to candidate's interest

**Requirements**

- Interested in Adult or Geriatric patient populations
- Patient-focused, friendly, and willing to collaborate in a team environment
- Board certified or eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
