They operate four facilities in the Bay Area: Campbell (48 beds), Saratoga (49 beds), Los Gatos (79 beds), and Redwood City (58 beds).

**Job Description**

- Oversee nursing operations primarily at our Campbell location, with occasional support at our other facilities as needed
- Serve as the main point of contact for physicians and families regarding residents' care
- Review and oversee documentation and care notes prepared by LVNs and CNAs
- Support and mentor clinical staff, ensuring high standards of care and regulatory compliance
- Foster a positive and compassionate environment within our memory care and assisted living communities
- Maintain flexibility to work various shifts and some weekends as needed to support staff and residents

**Requirements**

- Active California RN license in good standing
- Prior management experience as an RN required
- Experience in memory care strongly preferred, but not required
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong, approachable personality
- Ability to adapt to changing needs and support multiple facilities
