Keeps exam rooms and dressing booths clean and properly stocked with supplies. Assures room is ready prior to the patient entering the room (i.e. equipment is operable, all supplies are readily available, and has been appropriately cleaned and prepped). Handles delicate situations in a supportive and empathetic manner ("good bedside manner") while maintaining appropriate confidentiality regarding exam outcomes or potential issues. Keeps patient schedule and accommodates add-on patients when requested. Communicates delays or changes in the schedule to the appropriate person(s). We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, develop tailored treatment plans, and help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals in an outpatient setting.

**Job Description**

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions, mobility, and functional abilities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and patient goals, considering evidence-based practices.
- Implement various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment sessions, and outcomes in compliance with regulations and clinic policies while using Raintree.
- Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes, home exercise programs, and preventative care strategies.
- Regularly assess and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback.
- Stay updated on the latest research, techniques, and best practices in physical therapy through continuing education and professional growth opportunities.
