**Job Description**

- Identify anatomical orientation on all required images and assure proper file identification on all images
- Demonstrate competency performing all diagnostic ultrasound procedures and the operation of all related equipment
- Greet patients, obtain history, and enter information in the computer system
- Scan according to guidelines
- Maintain logs; process paperwork for biopsies
- Utilize sterile techniques preventing contamination

- Responsible for all clinical aspects of the ultrasonography suite; maintain cleanliness of examination rooms and stock necessary medical and radiologic supplies
- Assist in the completion of the accreditation process for American College of Radiology (ACR) every three years

- Observe patient vital signs during examination
