**Requirements**

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent - Required
- At least 1 year of PT experience - Required
- Home Health experience - Preferred
- Master's or Doctorate - Preferred
- BLS, CPR certification
- Active state license
- Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism when interacting with patients, families, physicians, and hospital staff members.
