**Nurse Supervisor**

The nurse supervisor will be responsible for staff management and coordination of all activities for the scheduled working shift in accordance with established philosophy, objectives, and policies of the hospital to ensure safe, efficient, and therapeutic patient care. The House Supervisor will relate effectively with other shifts and department leaders for continuity of care and services and is the Administration representative while on shift. - Manages activities, patient care, and the execution of hospital policies during the scheduled shift.
- Reviews staffing patterns, verifies attendance, and assists with staffing coverage as needed.

- Monitors and facilitates patient flow in and out of the hospital.

- Minimum required experience: Demonstrates the skills, knowledge, and abilities of an effective leader. 2+ years hospital clinical experience required.
- Preferred experience: 5+ years experience working in an acute care setting, previous supervisor experience preferred.
